Kimberly Breeze, DVM Veterinarian / Owner Dr. Breeze is a 1993 graduate of University of Florida, She purchased "Breeze Animal Hospital" in 2006 after working here since 1995. Dr. Breeze 's interest include: internal medicine, surgery, avian and exotic medicine, wellness/preventative medicine, nutrition and business management. Dr. Breeze enjoys spending time with her husband Philip, her children and grandchildren as well as traveling, RVing and gardening. They share their home with two dogs, three cats and two birds.
DVM/Owner
Mandy Webb, DVM Veterinarian/Owner Dr. Mandy Webb joined Breeze Animal Hospital in January of 2013. She graduated from University of Alabama, B.S. and University of Georgia, DVM in 2011 She is Married to Jose Santiago, retired Air Force and is a busy Mom to three young boys. She enjoys entertaining her nieces and family from Alabama and is an avid football fan and loyal Alabama fan. Dr. Webb has a strong interest in surgery, especially orthopedic surgeries and internal medicine. She is a new practice owner and looks forward to the challenge.

Ashley Zeng, D.V.M. Veterinary Associate Dr. Ashley Zeng is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and joined Breeze Animal Hospital in June of 2022. She was a registered veterinary technician (RVT) for 10 years prior to entering vet school. Dr. Zeng's interests include internal medicine, behavior, and nutrition. Dr. Zeng enjoys gaming, reading, doing crafts in her downtime, and spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also works with a service dog organization in Oklahoma and continues to be of service when she can. Dr. Zeng went to Auburn University for undergrad and also received her Associate degree from Tulsa Community College in Oklahoma and has maintained her Registered Veterinary Technician license in Oklahoma.

Sierra Carless, D.V.M. Dr. Carless has been with us since June 18th, 2023. She enjoys kayaking, going to the beach, reading and hanging out with friends and family. Dr. Carless has 4 cats and 2 snakes. She is originally from Yorktown, VA and have known and wanted to be a vet from a young age. She has a strong interest in small animals and exotics, and a passion for surgery and internal medicine.
Hospital Manager
Peggy Jo Wilson Management Peggy began working at the Animal Hospital in 2001 and became practice manager since 2006. Peggy is a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association. In her spare time she enjoys short and long runs. She completed the Disney Marathon and the Goofy Marathon which consists of a 1/2 followed by a full marathon the next day as well as the PCB Marathon. She has ran many 5K. 10K and 13K races with her K9's. Her and K9 partner, K9 Cali, competed many years in the US K9 Biathlon. Peggy also loves to go hiking and fishing. She had two Golden Retrievers (Jack & Frosty), and Cali that were certified in Search and Rescue and worked with BCSO. K9 Frosty was a certified Therapy K9 K9 Jack was a Certified SAR Area Search K9 and involved in Flyball dog sports. K9 Cali was certified SAR HRD K9 and involved in Flyball dog sports and in the US K9 Biathlon Peggy is the President of NOCSAR (National Organization of Certifying SAR). Served on the boards of the GPCDFA (local dog club) as Treasure and Secretary for several years and on the board of the BCHS. Involved with Covenant hospice Therapy K9s, SPOT hospital Therapy K9's. NOCSAR Evaluator for SAR Area, HRD and Therapy K9s. Sgt. BCSO SAR K9 team management/K9 handler She has two new rescues, Sherlock (Lab/Hound mix) and Noodle (Staffy). Noodle is a Certified Cadaver K9.
Medical Operations Manager
Jennifer Dickon, CVT Management/Certified Veterinary Technician Jenny has been with the Hospital since 1999 and is a Certified Veterinary Technician and Assistant Manager of Breeze Animal Hospital. She graduated from Penn Foster College. She enjoys spending time with her Rottweilers, Elli and Shady and also spending time with her fiancé, Vince and family. Trotter and Mya, her past Rottweilers, were involved in Flyball, Agility, Rally and Obedience, he was also a Delta certified therapy dog and made regular visits to the nursing home and Gulf Coast hospital. Trotter was a special boy to us and our community and will be dearly missed. Mya was part of the Bay County Search and Rescue and is a certified cadaver dog (NNDDA). Shady (Rottweiler) is a certified Area Search K9 (NOCSAR) and is currently enjoying retirement.
Team Supervisor
Debi Team Member Debi began working with us in March of 2013. She is our Team Supervisor. She enjoys spending time with her children and down time at the beach with a good book. Debi has three children: Son, Jeffrey and two Daughters, Aubrey and Camrey. She has one dog, Haven. Debi moved to Panama City Beach from New Jersey to be closer to family. She enjoys her job here interacting with the animals.
Inventory Manager
Jamie McCurley Jamie has been with our hospital since September 7th, 2022. She is our Inventory Manager She is married to Bryan, they have four children. Brynna, Bailey, Bryson and Brightyn. Jamie loves caring for all her animals, traveling while spending time with her family, going to the beach and springs, kayaking, jet skiing, riding motorcycle with her husband, interior decorating and DIY projects. She has 7 pets. Blueberry, Atlas, Trixie, Cricket, Nugs, Clover and firefly. Jamie states to "please help control the pet population, have your pets spayed or neutered".
Technician
Sharon Veterinary Technician Sharon has been with Dr. Breeze since August 1999. She enjoys Photography and drawing. Her interest are going to the beach, Kayaking and Snorkeling. She enjoys spending time with her children and Grand kids. Sharon has 12 rescue small dogs and many finches. Sharon’s interest is in dentistry and attended courses in providing health care for our pets. She is currently the main dental technician and educates clients on how to improve the lives of their pets.

Chris Veterinary Technician Chris has been working with us since 2004. She enjoys hiking with her dog, Lincoln, and spending time with family. She is married with children. Chris has two dogs, Lincoln and Jazz
Technician
Maria Veterinary Technician Maria joined Breeze Animal Hospital in 2014 after working at an emergency clinic in South Florida for 11 years. When not at work, she enjoys volunteering at her daughters school, riding motorcycles and spending time with her husband, Dominick, and her two children, Gianni and Sophia. Her pets include Rosie, a 3 year old Munsterlander, who would one day make a good therapy dog. Rio, a cockatiel adopted in May 2014 and Rocket a kitten found on the side of the road after being hit by a car. Rosie and Rocket love to sleep together in Rosie's crate.
Technician
Jennifer Veterinary Technician Jennifer started working with us in August of 2016. She enjoys Kayaking, paddle boarding, gardening and spending time with her three children, boyfriend and small farm of dogs, cats, parrots, chickens, ducks, rabbits, quail and goats.
Technician/Groomer
Katie Katie has been with us since 2012. She is a “jack of all trades”. She helps out in all areas of the clinic and can fix anything. She is interested in playing music. She has a beautiful cat named Cheeto Puff.

Kelly Veterinary Technician Kelly joined us in 2009. She has an interest in providing Fear Free techniques for a less stressful experience for out scared pets when they come to see us. She enjoys spending time with her dachshunds, Stewart and Ollie and her family.
Front Team Member
Laura Team Member Laura began working with us in 2009. She enjoys reading, Hiking, bicycling and conservative politics. She has a huge heart for senior dogs that have been abandoned. She currently six rescues and three cats, one Amazon Parrot, 5 guinea pigs and two ducks. Laura served 14 years in the U.S. Army Reserve. She has passion for all animals and listens to talk radio daily.
